As Founder, Director and Principal of RZK Group, Claudia works with a range of commercial, government and high-end residential clients throughout Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter.

Claudia’s business skills and passion for excellence in development and construction management ensure she contributes much more than just architectural design expertise to her projects. Her ideas and plans are always client-focused, realistic, and environmentally responsible. An absolute perfectionist, Claudia is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail. From assessing client and stakeholder requirements during her detailed needs analysis process all the way through to interior fit out specifications.

Committed to ongoing professional development and company evolution, Claudia ensures she and every RZK Group team member stay up to date with the latest global architectural innovations, environmental standards and construction industry advancements. In addition to her Architectural qualifications, Claudia has also completed qualifications in construction and project management.

Claudia’s portfolio includes Aged Care, Retirement Living, Residential (multi-residential and single dwellings), Retail (including large shopping centres), Education and Government projects. Her projects range in budget from $1m to $250m.

Vince brings more than 30 years' experience in the construction industry to RZK Group. He prides himself on his ability to project manage developments ahead of schedule and under budget and has achieved many success stories, such as the delivery of an estimated one-year project in just seven months.

As Project Manager, Vince is involved from concept and initial design stage, to tendering and construction, right through to final handover, saving time and taking the stress out of a project for his clients. Vince’s experience is such that he can also assist clients with the land selection and acquisition process and help them navigate their way through their feasibility study and DA approval process. His objective, structured approach has proven to be invaluable to many clients during what can often be a challenging and stressful period in the timeline of a development project.

Vince’s meticulous nature is a great asset in project management where small oversights can result in large overspends. His project management skills are backed by a broad range of qualifications in building, construction, project management, engineering and real estate. He is committed to staying up to date with the latest global innovations through continuing education and networking. He enjoys challenging construction projects and his achievements include a Sydney heritage listed building restoration, a service station redevelopment, an aged care facility, child care centres, as well as hospitality fit outs and a number of medium density, multi-storey and high end residential projects.

As far back as he can remember Marcelo has been fascinated with the built environment. Since graduating with Honours in Architecture in 2001, Marcelo has been involved in a broad range of architectural projects including high-rise apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, retail shopping centres, health and aged care facilities, school campuses and education precincts, luxury homes (including a luxury apartment complex in Japan) and a number of high-level urban master planning projects. Marcelo’s strong, all-round architectural experience and like-minded passion for his craft and attitude towards continuing professional development make him a true asset to RZK Group and the practice’s clients.

Quinton Cannataci joined the RZK Group in August 2022 and quickly demonstrated that he was an ideal fit for the team.

Having earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2019 and a Diploma of Building Design under scholarship in 2015, Quinton is currently in his final year of a Master of Architecture. Inquisitive and enthusiastic, he has a hunger for continual learning and a passion for sustainable design and technology.

Quinton always listens and asks the right questions to ensure the requirements of the client and all stakeholders are clearly understood. Working on various stages of a broad range of project types, from residential renovations, schools and childcare centres to sporting facilities, including grandstands, Quinton always brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Extensively travelled, Quinton has a deep appreciation of architecture from various parts of the world, especially in developing countries. Excited about the future of architecture, he has a special interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM), rendering and sustainable design, particularly biomimicry, and keenly follows the advancements being made with new technologies such as VR and AR.

Paula’s qualifications and expertise in industrial design allow her to add exceptional value to projects that require high-end, intricate joinery design and the design of bespoke furniture pieces. Passionate about design, Paula pays close attention to the finer details and closely follows global trends in new materials, morphologies and technological advancements.

After graduating from the National University of La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Paula’s career commenced in 2002 with the design and manufacture of custom furniture for the residential and commercial sectors. Since then, she has gained extensive international experience before moving to Australia and joining RZK Group. For every project, Paula carefully considers the needs of clients and their end users as well as the style and architecture of their spaces before designing, always ensuring her designs are innovative while balancing functionality with aesthetic value.
