Project Management
We were responsible for assisting the client in obtaining a complying development certificate for the project.
The project was constructed in pre-cast concrete panels and had a metal deck skillion roof, with a rooftop garden to the front of the house.
We assisted the client with selection of all sub-contractors, budgets for the different trades and material suppliers.
We were responsible for the management of sub-contractors including the programming of work schedules on a weekly basis. The scheduling of material orders and deliveries, attending site and instructing sub-contractors, including issuing work orders and rectifications notices.
We were also responsible for RFI enquiries to architects and engineers and managed the project until the occupation certificate was issued.
