We are proud to present CASA DUO, a boutique dual occupancy development located in the sought-after coastal suburb of Terrigal on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Appointed as the design architects, we have recently completed the concept design stage for this uniquely positioned site.
Set on a steep and challenging parcel of land, the project presented an opportunity to explore a bold architectural response that not only respects the natural topography, but also enhances the experience of coastal living.
Each residence is designed with its own dedicated vehicular access, ensuring privacy, convenience and a sense of individuality. Through strategic site planning and form orientation, both homes have been carefully positioned to capture exceptional views — one residence will overlook the tranquil lake, while the other will open out to uninterrupted ocean vistas.
This project embodies our commitment to delivering thoughtful, site-responsive architecture that balances form, function and lifestyle. CASA DUO reflects a tailored approach to dual occupancy living, where each dwelling maintains its own identity while contributing to a cohesive overall design.
